Delivery Information/Returns Policy


All products are shipped with Royal Mail for small orders, with the option of DPD next day delivery or DPD will be used for larger orders.

All DPD orders will receive a full text and email status with full tracking information and an estimated time of delivery. You will also have the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or rebook for another day.

Any online order received before 2pm, will be shipped the same working business day.




Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us via email or call 0333 772 0192 Monday through to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.

You will be responsible for returning the product to the designated location and there will be a 25% restocking fee. The amount of the credit may be further reduced depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Manufacturer Offers No Expressed or Implied Warranty Nor Accepts Responsibility For Misuse. Liability is Limited to Refund Of Purchase Price of Product.

      £4.00 for Royal Mail 2nd Class or we do have an option of DPD on a 2 day service
