DELIVERY INFORMATION
All products are shipped with Royal Mail for small orders, with the option of APC next day delivery.
All APC orders will receive a full text and email status with full tracking information and an estimated time of delivery. You will also have the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or rebook for another day.
Any online order received before 1.30pm, will be shipped the same working business day.

RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us via email or call 01538 369238 Monday through to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.
You will be responsible for returning the product to the designated location and there will be a 25% restocking fee. The amount of the credit may be further reduced depending on the condition of the merchandise.
